In the MultiSlice view, when the SliceViewer is used in conjunction with having the scaling plugin, any axis that is scaled comes up in the wrong place.

To Test: Load a MDWorkspace and apply the scaling plugin to the data. Switch to the MultiSlice vies, add a slice and pop a SliceView window (shift-click on indicator). The SV view should match MS slice view.
