RE 6838 Add pointed at table to MantidEV
Added an extra tab with a Table to display info. Added (temporary?) widgets to allow the user to specify a Q-point. Info about the specified Q point is now displayed in the table. Must still hook up to notification service. refs #6838

This is an initial version. Users will likely request other information if this version gets into master.
Note: To test, get a PeaksWorkspace into SCDEventDataReduction Interface. In the last tab(PointInfo), enter the a Qlab value( Open up the PeaksWorkspace) and check results.

Works for TOPAZ peak workspace. I input Q values from peak and the information from that peak was returned. I could not get the Show Info button to work for another set of Q values, but there is no failure of MantidPlot. This should be fixed in a new ticket.
