SNS wiki_maker jenkins job

The wiki_maker job needs duplicating on the SNS side.

The job has two functions. The first function is to try to update the wiki documentation based on the source code. The second job is to report differences that cannot be resolved between the source code and the wiki. You may not necessarily want to perform the first part of this job on the SNS side.

ornl_wikimaker job is up and running, and providing the same results as the isis_wikimaker job.

and actually include the ModifyDetectorDotDatFileTest.h
