RenameWorkspace leaves not linked table workspace

Description

  1. Open e.g. HRP38692a from AutoTestData
  1. Create a table view of the data
  1. right click on the workspace HRP38692a and select 'Rename'. Rename the workspace to anything other than HRP38692a

The renaming of the workspace works, but a not linked table workspace with name HRP38692a - Mantid is still displayed. The table workspace is no longer linked to a workspace hence if you e.g. try to plot data from the this table you get the warning 'Workspace HRP38692a not found'

Ideally here the title of this table workspace should be changed to use the new name for the workspace and linked to that renamed workspace
