Do plotBin for ws lists if they only have a single element.
It should only raise an error if more than a single source is provided. Refs #6955

Do plotBin for ws lists if they only have a single element.
It should only raise an error if more than a single source is provided. Refs #6955

Tester: Use the screenshot attached to fill in the details on the dialog and click "Run Diagnostics" with and without the calibration file (attached to ticket). Both should run to completion
Also check that it works with/without the 'Plot Result' box checked.
