Description

QConversionScales has no effect unless Q3DFrames is HKL. It should only be visible when Q3DFrames is HKL. Updates in tooltips and wiki

Q3DFrames and QConversionScales are visible only in Q3D mode. Wiki updated not to refer to other tickets. For now, there is no simple way to show QConversionScales if QDimensions==Q3D AND Q3DFrames==HKL.
