VSI: Edit colour scales hides the VSI window

Description

Seen on Win 7 ( may be associated with VSI being a floaing window?):

  1. Open the VSI
  2. click on the Edit colour scales button
  3. The dialog pops up, but the VSI window disappear behind the Mantid window
