Remove obselete quantification components

Description

The first prototype was completely redesigned and the old components are now just dead code.

Turns out this was already done in commit 45aec9322e5dd2b5f6a38b67ecb49c267ff77341 and an old cache in eclipse made me think stuff was still around.

Tester: Look in the code for things like CobaltSpinWaveDSHO.h, DampedHisenbergFMSW.h,QuadEnBackground.cpp and none of these should exist.
