Description
Setting pattern to None is the same as switching filling off. There is a checkbox for it.

Removed None option, and made solid default. Refs #7038.

Tester: Load data into workspace, and plot spectrum. Left click the graph and for each curve the default pattern should be solid (It was previously "None"). When you check the "Fill area under curve" box the graph should fill with the default pattern value (solid).
