Remove ConvertToMDEvents from the codebase

Description
Remove the code and associated classes, remove the algorithm completely (not deprecation).
The next release notes will highlight the change to ConvertToMD.

It is simple ticket to test.
Open your favourite search application and search within all files in MDEvents and MDAlgorithms for word "DEPRICATION" (note spelling -- there are couple deprecated marks for other tickets)
Should not be any. The deprecated (DEPRICATION) code has been removed and unit tests run without it.
