Error in Displaying CRISP Instrument in Cyclindrical Y Coordinates

I find that if I load a Crisp Nexus file, view the instrument, then select Cylindical-Y view, I get the error "Unable to display unwrapped ...".
This might be the required result, but the computer busy icon remains displayed till the OK button is pressed. This is incorrect and user-hostile behaviour.

It makes no sense to unwrapped crisp at all let alone in this way, so I've restracted myself to the cursor part of the ticket.
To test:
- Load up a Crisp file (autotest, starts with CSP??????.raw)
- Bring up the instrument view
- Change to cylindrical Y
- Cursor should be fine for the dialog box.

This works fine for the error reports. I saw that Spherical Y also produces the same error, but the cursor works there too.
