Description

Gesner reports that Mantid currently does nothing with the 2nd/3rd/4th/5th scale factors (for the LOQ HAB/front detector) from the user file command:

SET SCALES a b c d e

Only the 1st value (for the main/rear) detector is implemented.

(This was probably an historical expediency, but now needs implementation).
