Merge MaskBins functionality into RemoveBins

Description

  1. Merge MaskBins functionality into RemoveBins
  2. Extended the help page for RemoveBins, include a description (with pictures of the difference between zeroing, interpolating and masking).
  3. Retire MaskBins - need to update any scripts and the Python course on our wiki (exercise 1 uses maskbins).
  4. Warn users.

Too much time has passed, I feel. There is at least some explanation of the difference in the wiki (see #669)
