Migrate SNSSingleCrystalReduction to Python API v2

  • Move the algorithm to PythonInterface
  • Migrate to v2

I will then most likely generate a ticket for the creation of the test. As I am not the original author of the algorithm, and do not work with these instruments, I think that the testing ticket would be best implemented by on of the SNS developers.

Error initializing algorithm: Does not accept 3686 for BackgroundNumber or 3676 for VanadiumNumber. No instruments for StringListValidator for Instrument.
