No unit test for SNSSingleCrystalReduction python algorithm. It is important that all algorithms shipped with Mantid have unit tests, whether they're written in c++, python, or otherwise.

The unit tests would be best written continuing the changes in #7105. A good solution here (assuming that #7105 isn't already in master) is to branch off this feature branch in order to complete this ticket.

As SNSSingleCrystalReduction has been removed from Mantid in ticket 7659, which has been verified, this ticket can be closed as 'invalid'.
