Improve progress bar reporting in LoadEventNexus

Description

The progress bar will advance to 100% then sit there for a long time when loading TOPAZ_7232.

Re #7192. Adding more progress bar updates.

The bar now updates after the event list is created in the thread as well as at the start of creating the event list.

Also moved some delete statements earlier to when the data is no longer needed.

This is on ​feature/7192_LoadEventNexus_progress.

Pick something like TOPAZ_7232_event.nxs and you'll see that the progress bar doesn't just hang out at 100% while it does a lot of the work.
