Description

By extending the <parameter> to include a 'value' attribute.

If both a 'logfile-id' and 'value' attribute is specified the 'logfile-id' attribute takes precedence.

(In [2719]) Fixed problem with 'value' attribute of <parameter> not being stored in workspace. Added test to LoadRaw3test to test that parameters are read in from Tosca IDF. Refs #725.

(In [2722]) Modified ConvertUnits to look in the instrument definition for the value of EFixed if EMode specifies indirect geometry. Also changed the EMode property to take a list (Elastic,Direct,Indirect) instead of magic numbers. Re #725.
