Description
It has been requested that the VSI have a way to save out a screenshot. An initial try shows that the pqSaveScreenShotReaction class will have to co-oped and changed to suit the "custom" views.

It does not work just yet since it isn't tuned for our "custom" views.

To test: Load up a dataset and view it in the VSI. Use the View menu setting for saving a screenshot or use Crtl+Shift+R. This should work from all views.

This works nicely. Works on all views. Works with axis. Works with different output modes. Tested on the OSX 10.8.
