wikimaker: alg dialogs appear on the left on IE

Description
This looks messy, let's see if we can move them to the right like they are on chrome and offline help.

Tester follow this procedure to test.
1) Open a wiki page in IE7 for example http://www.mantidproject.org/Rebin2D. You'll note that the dialog image appears on the left at the top of the page. Open the same page in Chrome and you'll see that it's displayed on the right hand side.
2) Now run wiki_maker.py manually to update the page that you have open in IE7. See http://www.mantidproject.org/Wiki_maker for instructions on how to run the wikimaker.
3) When wikimaker successfully completes refresh the page in IE7 and it should display the image correctly on the right.
4) Open the corrected page in Firefox and Chrome and check that it displays as expected.
Please follow ALL the steps for testing this ticket. Once the changes make it to master the wiki_maker job will update all our wiki pages!

refs #7290. Fix IE7 issue.
Use float:right in css rather than the image property. Seems to work for all browsers.
