Add remote job Start/Stop time to reduction UIs

Description

Once the QueryAllRemoteJobs returns start/stop times, we should display them on the reduction UI.

To test:

  • You have to compile with -DMAKE_REMOTE_JOBS=TRUE
  • On an SNS analysis machine (but not biganalysis06) start the EQSANS reduction.
  • Go to the Remote Jobs tab, enter your credentials, and hit Refresh.
  • You should see you list of jobs, with start and end times.

Additional things to test:

  • Submit a job, and see that the completion time is empty while it's running.
  • Change the cut-off time for the job list (at the bottom) and see that only jobs that ended after that time are displayed.
  • Check that refreshing multiple times works.

Saw my job from June 21 and new jobs were displayed correctly.
