Description

It doesn't work, so fail when it doesn't work rather than saying "successful" and not writing out a file.

Re #7359. Throw an exception for invalid workspace types.

It was always logging (to debug) that it wasn't doing anything. No it is a bit louder about it.

This is in ​bugfix/7359_SaveNexusProcessed

To test: Create an md workspace and try to save it using SaveNexusProcessed. Not only will it fail, it will give a suggestion for where to go.
