These IDF changes have come from Max. This ticket is similar to #7381. The facilities xml file also needs updating.

Tester: The unit tests and system tests should pass with the updated IDF. This IDF has been provided by the reflectometry instrument scientist so that it can be distributed with the next version of Mantid.

Hasn't had a system test ran on it due to not having been pushed to github. Wait until Monday to Validate

The systemtests are passing for the SURF related tests, and Mantid is able to load surf files (old and news) after with the different prefix.

Looks like these changes have been merged to master, but the ticket is still open.
