Similar to #7381. Will almost certainly require updates to both the mantid system test repositories, including standard test results.

Both the IDF and the updated Parameters file have been provided by Max Skoda.

No need to update the IDF, it's identical. Only the parameter file needs updating.

Tester:

There are two branches here for the systemtest and mantid repositories Both MUST be merged into their respective master branches should the testing pass both are called feature/7394_polref_idf

System tests and unit tests should all pass with these changes.

The system test and unit tests pass. And the values are now interpreted better for the scripts inside the Reflectometry, eventhough, the tests do not pass.

But, in what concern this ticket, everything is ok.
