Implement a method to Tie a property and a widget in Custom Dialogs

Description

This should be a single function call in setup that should:

  1. setup tooltip
  2. attach validation (if possible)
  3. fill from history
  4. automatically use StorePropertyValue on this widget just before the ??exec?? method is run.
