OSIRIS Diffraction: Implement diffspec mode

Description

When testing ticket #6791 I came across a usability error when diffonly mode was run twice. To replicate this go to:

  1. Interfaces -> Indirect Diffraction
  2. Check diffonly mode from Reflection dropdown (It's default anyway)
  3. Use the following values (They're located in the latest systemtests folder):
    • Run=OSI89813.raw
    • CalFile=osiris_041_RES10.cal
    • Vanadium=osi89757.raw
  4. Click run, then click run again.
  5. The error should now occur.

I believe this ticket was solved as part of #8842. To confirm: perform the steps listed in the description and confirm the issue no longer exists.
