[IDA] Elwin throws runtime error with a large number of plots and choosing cancel plot

Description

When running Elwin with a sufficiently large file the user is given the option to choose if they really wish to plot all selected spectra. Selecting cancel causes the following error to be thrown: 

RuntimeError: Cannot create graph, see log for details.
  at line 10 in '<Interface>'
  caused by line 404 in '/opt/Mantid/scripts/Inelastic/IndirectDataAnalysis.py'
  caused by line 423 in '/opt/Mantid/scripts/Inelastic/IndirectDataAnalysis.py'
  caused by line 215 in '/opt/Mantid/bin/mantidplot.py'

I have attached the file I used to produce the bug.
