Description
When a user is logged into more than one facility within ICAT they should be able to perform queries on data within either (or all) facilities they can view.

To test
Run through the catalog GUI and verify that it works correctly when logged into multiple facilities (log into ISIS twice). For more detailed instructions see here.

I had a look through the child tickets and tried to find things which could have caused problems but couldn't see anything. Everything seems to work as intended.
