[C2E] S(Q,w) *_red file disappears on creation.

Description

It reads in *_red & creates a WS *_red. This is in hist number so it creates a new WS *_red_q in Q. The result is in WS *_sqw - but *_red disappears.

To Test

Pretty simple ticket. When running S(Q,q) on the C2E interface the *_red file that was getting removed at the end. This is no longer the case.

Check that the *_red file is not deleted and that running S(Q,w) tab still works properly.
