Rename all user visible uses of Spectrum Index to WorkspaceIndex

This includes all algorithm Parameters, graph axes, etc.

Update the attached spreadsheet with the name changes. Send to Nick after it is all done.

Write a wiki page (in collection concepts) explaining what we mean by spectrum number, workspace index and detector id
