[C2E] Interface is not initialising properly

Description

The C2E interface is not being properly initialised. For example, the Analyser and Reflection combo boxes are not populated when the interface starts.

This is most likely caused by changes in commit b4e058e0a516224d3a3e964963e8c431d83f9455

This was caused by and will be fixed in ticket #5116. Did not realise when creating the ticket that the changes had not yet reached master.
