Can't remove parameter constraints in FitBrowser

Description

To reproduce:

  1. Open FitFunction toolbar.
  2. Select a function with multiple parameters.
  3. Set constraints on all of them.
  4. Remove constraints from one of them.
  5. When you try to remove constraints from any other, it won't allow you.

Observed in 2.6.0.

Can understand why it would've been not working and how the code changes fix the problem.

On Ubuntu 12.04 64bit the bug is not reproducible anymore.
