Description (last modified by Nick Draper) (diff)
Aziz has reported problems with installing and running Mantid on a Windows machine where the installation was done by a person with Administration rights but then run as a separate user. The user did not have rights to the C: drive and as a result some files could not be written, most notably the mantidsimple file.
We should look into having the Framework be a bit more flexible.
