Problem with plotting after ConjoinWorkspaces

Description

From Spencer Howells:

3D plotting on a workspace created with this algorithm doesn’t work. The histogram/spectrum numbers seem to be wrong. The individual histograms are Ok.

The issue here is that the plots cannot display non contiguous spectra numbers
