In order for lineviewer to be useful, allow errorbar plotting and, more important, allow scaling of the intensity axis

I guess we are talking about the preview plot here rather than the plotted exported MDWorkspace (after hitting 'Apply' on the LineViewer), because it would be possible to change the scale of the intensity axis from that. I think that it would be useful to allow the preview plot to be plotted with log10 scale axis.
The preview plot doesn't show error bars, but the exported MDWorkspace plotted can. If it is important to have this as an option on the preview plot, I'll add it.
Andrei - Please confirm these requirements.

Indeed, we need the scaling only for the preview. It is difficult to see small things next to a Bragg peak. So Mark want to be able to see details, and ignore high intensity. Log scale is not enough

Andrei, could you do some requirements gathering to find out how users at the SNS want to be able to scale the Y-axis?
For consistency, I think we should make it work like the axis scaling on a spectrum plot. That is to say, that we provide a right-click menu and option for this. However, best to ask the people who specified the requirement.
