REFL: fix issue with improper workspace type

Description

The stitched reflectivity workspace is written out as though it's a data point distribution but it's a histogram. It should be consistent.

To test:

  • Start the REFL reduction UI and perform a reduction.
  • When done, click the Create ASCII button and save a file.
  • Reload that file using the Load button in MantidPlot.
  • Plot the loaded data and the histogram in the workspace named "reflectivity_99101_scaled_histo", assuming that the first run in your list is 99101 (change accordingly).
  • The two curves should match.
