Description
I can't ever imagine a user searching for an algorithm and looking for a python one via the categories. Don't see what use the programming language of implementation is for the end user. Does anyone have a use-case for this, or can we remove this category?

I think that this was mainly used as a default category for algorithms written in Python. I think we should just get rid of it and have the algorithms in their correct category for their function.

Assuming that PythonAlgorithm is an additional category rather than the only one...It may be useful if somebody is looking for examples of python algorithms to base their own work off of. This can still be gotten from looking at the source for mantid so I'm not sure how much it is needed.
