Tester: Branch is feature/8014_no_gsoap_in_cppcheck_yet_again

Look ​here and note the drop from >1700 to 'only' ~300 warnings. This correlates with these changes. Go into the warnings and check that none of them mention gsoap.

Still builds and the number of cppcheck errors has dropped significantly.
