Description

If one build master and, starts mantid and tries to run ornlsans REFL or seems any SNS reduction, the interfaces fail with message:

ImportError: No module named reduction_application

at line 4 in '<Interface>'

this is new development as yesterday's build is fine.

I've checked the following: mantidnightly on the SNS analysis machines, a download of the windows nightly build & local builds of master on linux & mac. In all cases all the interfaces start up just fine. The one gap I haven't checked is a local build on windows - probably the tester should be someone who can check that (other than the original reporter).

Trying to resolve compiler performance issue, cloned entire repository and done clear build from master.

No problem encountered, so the initial issue was probably caused by something left and not completely rebuild from testing ticket #7950
