HET_Definition.xml won't load

Description

If I attempt to load HET_Definition, I get the following error message "Unable to run LoadInstrument: 'SAXParseException: Syntax error in line 1 cloumn4. Unable to pase XML in ...\Mantid\instrument\HET_Definition.txt'" .

This does not prevent me from loading a HET data file, although that does produce an error message concerning the log file.

I also note that there seem to be no recent HET data files.

It also works for me on Linux with the latest build.
