Re-enable parallelization in CheckWorkspacesMatch

Description

This was disabled over 2 years ago ([161f718]) citing occasional test failures. It would be nice to have this back given that nearly every system test runs the algorithm. Try turning it back on. If problems are seen, try and diagnose and fix them.

The changes don't seem to have led to any failures, though it also seems not to have made a jot of difference to the system test timings.

Test by inspection and agreement with the above statement.

The algorithm can compare 2 workspaces in parallel.
