QSample is wrong when PeaksWorkspace is saved and reloaded

Description

Create a peaks workspace, save with SaveNexus, and then load nexus file. The resulting QSample is identical to QLab. See attached screenshot with created peaks workspace on top and loaded peaks workspace on bottom.

To test save a peaks workspace with SaveNexus and then use Load. See if Qsample is the same as in the original peaks workspace.
