Description

Since a measure of quality for how successful FindUBUsingIndexedPeaks is how many peaks would be indexed, expose the tolerance to the user. This is in lines 133-138 of the source file.

To test load indexed peaks file, TOPAZ_5637_8.peaks in AutoTestData, and run FindUBUsingIndexedPeaks varying the tolerance. Also try SCD Event Data Reduction Interface.

It works well of FindUBUsingIndexedPeaks and the interface SCD Event Data Reduction. Ticket is closed.
