SaveGSS default should not be append

Description
From SNS user: In SaveGSS unlike what is in the help file (an in the gui panel), the default is to append to the old file, meaning that reprocessing the same run with new parameters renders the gsas file useless unless we manually delete each time. this doesn’t happen with SaveXYE or Save Ascii, that work great.

I don't agree with changing this - it's likely to break things. If the user doesn't like the default they are free to set Append=False and they will get what they want!

User will add Append=False to his scripts and he is happy with this solution.

before we change this we need to determine if the default value is already used, thi most likely places are: WISH powder diffraction GEM and others diffraction Indirect diffraction
