Stick a help button on Max's GUI and link it to a mantid wiki help page.

Reflectometry user scientists and instrument scientists have documentation set as a high priority.

Turns out there is already a help page here http://www.mantidproject.org/ISIS_Reflectometry_GUI (although old). So we should link to that.

refs #8132. Link to help page.

One annoying thing here is that Max has discarded the original ui files and has developed the auto generated code-behind file. This is a known issue for which we will fix on #7377.

Tester.

  • Open MantidPlot
  • Open The ISIS Reflectometry GUI from the interfaces menu
  • Go to help on the top menu
  • Click Mantid Help, and a browser should be opened with a Mantid Wiki page relating to that GUI

I've updated the wiki page slightly, but it needs a lot more work for which I'll need to enlist Max. For the time being, we can at least get to a help page (which this ticket is about).
