Remove ILLines

Description

The ILLines algorithm was used before Indirect LoadASCII was added to Mantid. It can now be remove as it's obsolete.

No references found. Test passed.

Wiki http://www.mantidproject.org/ILLines will need updating to indicate that the algorithm is no longer available. This could be done in a manner similar to how I've done for GhostCorrection
