[ICAT] Disable inappropriate Catalog menu items

Description

The three items for the "Catalog" menu item are:

  • Login - disable if logged in until multi-facility capabilities are added
  • Search - disable if not logged in
  • Logout - disable if not logged in

Hide catalog menu items if not logged in. Refs #8192.

  • Note: I had to implement my own method to execute and open a dialog box (isValidCatalogLogin()) as the executeAlgorithm method in MantidUI does not function as expected (it always runs true due to executing asynchronously).

To test

  1. Open Mantid and click the Catalog menu. There should now only be the Login option.
  2. Log in using the Login option. The Search and Logout menu items should now appear. Ensure they function as expected.
  3. Once you logout of the catalog the Search and Logout menu items will no longer be visible in the Catalog menu.
