SaveNexusProcessed does not respect it's own append property

Description

The 'Append' property of SaveNexusProcessed is completely ignored at present.

To reproduce simply load a data set then run SaveNexusProcess twice with 'Append' unchecked. Using the hdf explorer shows 2 workspaces instead of 1.

Note that SaveNexus actually respects this property though so I imagine the code to remove the file beforehand just needs to be replicated in SaveNexusProcessed
