MantidQt MantidQwtMatrixWorkspaceData should inherit from MantidQwtIMDWorkspaceData

Description

The corresponding workspaces are related to one another by inheritance. In order to cut down on code duplication I think it should be possible for MantidQwtMatrixWorkspaceData to inherit from MantidQwtIMDWorkspaceData
