[IDA] Apply Corrections: Scale should be disabled

Description

Click Use Can, then click Scale Can By. Now click Use Can again. Scale input text box is still enabled.

To Tester:

Open the IDA interface. Click Use Can. Then Click Scale option. This enables the text box. Now deselect Use Can. The scale text box should become disabled.

The scale input text box is now enabled/disabled as the user would expect.
