[IDA] Apply Corrections broken for cyclic corrections.

Description
Running Apply corrections and choosing cyclic geometry and using a corrections file causes an error. I think this is because group workspaces now save there names rather than being indexed with a number.

To Tester
Run though apply corrections using both cyclic and flat geometry corrections files and check it works. Instructions can be found here. Generating the corrections files can be fiddly so I'm providing two scripts (lifted from the system tests) to generate them.
